Wireless Internet Service Technician

Job Summary
Install, mount, and configure wireless broadband equipment at residential and business locations while carrying tools, radios, antennas, and networking gear to job sites. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and restore wireless internet connectivity issues by configuring routers, radios, switches, and customer-premise equipment, including assigning and modifying IP addresses and network settings. Test signal strength and performance, run and secure cabling, document all work, and educate customers on equipment operation. Maintain company safety standards while climbing ladders, rooftops, and towers in varying weather conditions. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and flexibility for modified schedules and on-call rotations.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work modified schedules, occasional after-hours service calls, and on-call rotations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and safely carry equipment to installation locations
- Ability to climb ladders, rooftops, and towers while following safety procedures
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must pass pre-employment and random background checks
- Must pass drug, alcohol, and cannabis testing
