Wireless District Sales Manager

Job Summary
Oversee sales and operations performance for multiple Verizon Wireless retail locations within the district. Drive district targets through market strategies, coaching and development of store teams, ensuring policy compliance, loss prevention, and strong customer service. Responsibilities include conducting weekly performance coaching, managing schedules and payroll budgets, inspecting store audits, and maintaining inventory/cash controls. Requires 3+ years in retail management, team leadership, and a willingness to travel across the district; bilingual in Spanish a plus. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar management role in a retail environment
- 3+ years of experience recruiting, training, and developing people
- 3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred)
- Ability to travel across assigned district
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older; US work eligibility
