Job Summary
Oversee and support 2 to 3 retail locations in the Dallas market, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and customer experience; lead, coach, and inspire store teams; ensure compliance with policies; manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and loss prevention; travel within district to various locations; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus; strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, and developing staff across multiple stores; position offers strong base pay with commissions and district-level performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar management role in a retail environment
- 3+ years of experience recruiting, training, and developing people
- 3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
