Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager at Your Wireless – a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. Supports the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates, helps meet sales goals and KPIs, assists with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff, coaches team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences, develops team members' skills for career advancement, ensures store operations align with guidelines, supports promotions, inventory procedures, and daily tasks, and may act as Store Manager on duty when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably managing or assisting in a Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile store
- Proven experience in sales performance and team leadership
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members
- Passion for wireless technology, retail sales, and customer service
- Ability to travel to nearby locations within the assigned district if needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
