Job Summary
Your Wireless is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Verizon Wireless locations to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates, drive sales performance, coach staff, and ensure store operations align with company guidelines.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, supervising sales staff, meeting KPIs and sales goals, delivering excellent customer experiences, developing team members for advancement, executing promotions and inventory procedures, and acting as store leader on duty when needed. Qualifications include 2+ years in retail leadership (preferably in wireless), proven sales and team-leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and coaching skills, willingness to travel within the district, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive compensation includes a $50k base salary plus commissions/bonuses with top earners in the $80k–$90k range, along with benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably managing or assisting in a Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile store
- Proven experience in sales performance and team leadership
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members
- Passion for wireless technology, retail sales, and customer service
- Ability to travel to nearby locations within the assigned district if needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
