Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager for Your Wireless Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer; supports the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising sales staff; helping meet or exceed personal and store KPIs and sales goals; coaching team members; developing skills and preparing for career advancement; ensuring store operations align with Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines; supporting promotions, inventory procedures, and general operations; acting as Store Manager on duty when needed. Requires 2+ years retail leadership experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to travel within the district, flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays, eligibility to work in the U.S., and background check willingness. Base salary $50,000 with commissions and bonuses; potential total $80k–$90k annually.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willing to submit to a background check
Additional Requirements
- Travel within district as needed
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
