Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer Your Wireless is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support and lead Retail Sales Teams across multiple states. The role supports the Store Manager in hiring, coaching, and developing a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates, helps meet sales goals and KPIs, leads daily store operations, executes promotions and inventory procedures, and acts as Store Manager on duty when needed. The position emphasizes customer-focused leadership, coaching for skill development, meeting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines. The compensation includes a $50k base salary plus commissions/bonuses with potential to earn $80k–$90k annually, a flexible schedule, benefits (401k, healthcare, PTO), employee discounts, growth opportunities, and a positive work environment. Requirements include 2+ years in retail leadership, sales performance and team leadership experience, strong communication skills, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, travel within district, and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience leading or assisting in a Verizon/AT&T/T-Mobile store
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to travel to nearby locations within the assigned district
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
