Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager for Your Wireless Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates; helping meet or exceed personal and store KPIs and sales goals; assisting with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising sales staff; delivering an exceptional customer experience; enabling ongoing employee development, promotions, and adherence to store operations, promotions, inventory procedures, and company guidelines; requires willingness to travel within the district as needed and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
