Job Summary
Wireless Retail Area Manager responsible for the sales and operational performance of the assigned locations in your district, ensuring compliance with governmental and company policies. Lead, coach, and develop the team to drive sales targets and store performance, implement market strategies to increase foot traffic and community outreach, establish standard operating procedures for efficiency, manage coaching sessions, audit compliance, inventory and cash controls, and payroll budgeting to maximize profitability. Requires experience in managing multi-retail environments, strong leadership and communication skills, travel within the district, and a flexible schedule. Strong emphasis on coaching teams, driving KPI results, and maintaining customer service excellence. Proficiency with technology and POS systems, and ability to explain performance metrics. Verifies background and work-eligibility as part of employment process and supports an inclusive, diverse workplace.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar management role in a retail environment
- 3+ years of experience recruiting, training, and developing people
- 3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required
- Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
