Job Summary
Lead and coach store teams across multiple Verizon Wireless retail locations to achieve district sales and revenue targets; generate and execute market strategies to increase foot traffic; create standard operating procedures for maximum effectiveness; train and develop staff to improve sales skills and product knowledge; conduct weekly performance coaching; ensure compliance with Verizon and company policies; oversee inventory counts, cash reconciliation, and loss prevention; manage store schedules and payroll to maximize profitability; drive KPI performance and sustain an inclusive, high-energy team culture; travel across the district as needed; bilingual ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar management role in a retail environment
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Ability to travel to various locations in your assigned district
- Must be eligible to work in the US
