Job Summary
Read and understand electrical AutoCAD wiring schematics thoroughly, then assemble and wire industrial control panels from start to finish independently. Operate shop equipment proficiently while preparing wire labels and chicklets, utilizing hand tools like wire strippers, cutters, and power drills to bring systems to life. Support installation at client sites when needed and lead projects as assigned, adhering to BW quality standards and procedures. This role offers a wage of $20-$36/hour with medical, dental, life insurance, and 401K. Candidates must have 2+ years of control panel building experience and a high school diploma. Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of control panel building/wiring experience
- Meet all requirements for a Tech II position
