Job Summary
Oversees and assists with the daily operations of the Payment Operations team; responsible for managing, monitoring, and coordinating that team, providing quality training, ensuring compliance with payment rules and risk management, setting goals aligned with department and bank-wide objectives, maintaining guidelines for department processes, and acting as back-up for other supervisors. Requires strong knowledge of payment systems, regulatory requirements, advanced Excel/Adobe skills, and the ability to train and coach staff, evaluate workflow, and coordinate audits. The role includes on-site attendance with a hybrid schedule possibility after training, occasional travel, and a starting hourly rate of $23.50-$28.50 depending on experience. Education must include at least a High School Diploma or GED with a preferred Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; a valid Colorado Driver’s License is required. Open to candidates with supervisory experience and a background in Digital Banking and customer relations, with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and risk awareness.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications are preferred
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Colorado Driver’s License required
- A minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience within the Financial Services industry is preferred
- A minimum of one (1) year working in the Digital Banking environment or similar is preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred
