Job Summary
Review blueprints and order tickets to calculate wire rope cut lengths and identify appropriate equipment for fabricating chain slings and synthetic assemblies. Operate industrial swaging machines, proof testing machines, and forklifts to assemble products meeting customer specifications for construction, energy, mining, and aerospace industries. Maintain inventory records, attach proper tags, and report defective materials while shipping and receiving goods. Keep work areas clean, wear required PPE, and adhere to safety guidelines including the "Stop Work" policy. This full-time warehouse role involves lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods. CERTEX USA offers a competitive pay range of $19.00-$21.00, profit-sharing, and 401k with match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. of weight routinely during daily operations
- Clear vision (with or without corrective lenses) is required
- Precise hand-eye coordination is essential
- Good control of fine motor skills
- Must be able to hear warnings or communicate effectively over industrial sounds
- Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and criminal background check
- Be able to provide valid documentation in accordance with I-9 document
- Willing to travel to various work sites or training as required
- Willing to work overtime, nights and weekends when necessary
- Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures and comply with the Company's Stop Work policy
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as directed
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers and Supervisor with other duties as required
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure or digital micrometer

Desired Qualifications
