Job Summary
Wire Room Associate responsible for receiving, verifying, and stocking wires, pulling requested wires from spools based on orders, wrapping for transport, and providing loading/unloading support. Maintain accurate inventory via timely database updates, follow established procedures and safety guidelines, and support internal/external partners, vendors, and logistics staff. Requires operation of wire and material handling equipment (including wire cutters, hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts), ERP system experience (Epicor Eclipse preferred), ability to move up to 40 lbs, and ability to thrive in a warehouse environment with variable conditions. Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate wire and material handling equipment including wire cutters, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed
- Strong reading and communication skills
- Epicor Eclipse ERP experience preferred
- Physical ability to move up to 40 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable climate and noise levels
- Good manual dexterity and stamina for continuous movement
