Job Summary
Diagnose complex technical problems on Mitsubishi Machining products by traveling to customer locations, examining machines mechanically and electrically, and performing on-site repairs or rebuilding as needed. Troubleshoot issues via telephone, interpret schematics and block diagrams, and communicate professionally with clients while documenting all product problems and resolutions. Requires a valid driver's license, extensive travel throughout the US and potentially internationally, and a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
