Job Summary
Diagnose complex technical problems on Mitsubishi Machining products by examining machines mechanically and electrically, then perform on-site repairs by dismantling and rebuilding units. Travel to customer locations throughout the US and internationally to troubleshoot issues via telephone or face-to-face, interpreting schematics to analyze faults and document resolutions. Communicate professionally with clients while operating measurement equipment like oscilloscopes and micrometers. Requires valid driver's license, ability to handle frequent travel and overtime, and experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
