Job Summary
Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems on Mitsubishi Machining products and perform on-site repairs by dismantling and rebuilding machines as needed. Examine equipment mechanically and electrically, interpret schematics and block diagrams to troubleshoot issues, and communicate professionally with clients. Document product problems and resolutions in detail. Requires extensive travel throughout the US and internationally, valid driver's license, and ability to work in varying weather conditions near moving mechanical parts. 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience with electrical measurement skills.
