Job Summary
Wire EDM Field Service Technician role involving on-site repair and troubleshooting of Mitsubishi machining products across customer facilities. Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites to diagnose complex technical problems, repair machines mechanically and electrically, interpret schematics and block diagrams, and document resolutions. Requires strong communication, ability to read/measu re mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams, potential CNC programming skills, proficiency with Windows OS, and willingness to travel extensively (US and possibly internationally). Must have 2-year electronic/technical degree (or equivalent experience) and a valid driver’s license; position involves frequent driving, overtime, and indoor/outdoor work in varied conditions. Exceptional customer-facing skills and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year Electronic or Technical Degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems
- Skilled in Electrical measurement and inspection techniques
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
