Job Summary
Wire EDM Field Service Technician traveling 100% to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repair of Mitsubishi Machining products. Responsible for mechanical and electrical diagnostics, dismantling and rebuilding machines, repairing and testing, and providing clear communication with customers. Will interpret schematics and block diagrams, document problems and resolutions, and leverage CNC programming skills as a plus. Travel is primarily throughout the US with possible international assignments, working on-site at customer facilities and via telephone when appropriate. Requires valid driver’s license; extensive travel, indoor/outdoor conditions, and a fast-paced team environment. Training offered for career development in the machinery industry.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year Electronic or Technical Degree, or equivalent experience.
