Job Summary
Process outgoing and monitor incoming wires across Direct Line, Chase, and Fedline Advantage systems while maintaining accurate daily Fedline balances. Calculate daily cash requirements, settle fed funds investments, and create general ledger entries for affected accounts. Log wire forms, pull correspondent bank statements, and complete daily Fed Funds reports. Represent the bank to customers with prompt, efficient, and accurate service while maintaining a professional work environment. Participate in required training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Full knowledge of Fedline Advantage/Direct Line Wires in Jack Henry Silverlake
- Process Outgoing Wires over Direct Line Wires, Chase or Fedline Advantage
- Monitor Incoming Wires when using Direct Line Wires, Chase or Fedline Advantage
- Look for unposted wires with Direct Line Wires
- Logging of Outgoing Wires and Daily Fedline balances
- Calculation and Analysis of Daily Cash Requirement
- Purchase Funds if needed
- Pull daily statements of Up Stream Correspondent Banks
- Creation of GL Account Entries
- Log Rates from Up Stream Correspondent Banks
- Complete daily Fed Funds Report
- Settlement of Fed Funds
- Calculation for Daily and Overnight Investments
- Balance Wire Clearing Account
- Verifying All Wire Forms and Daily Log Packet
- Send to Scanning Department
- Analysis of Affected GL Accounts
- Complete various spread sheets for tracking purposes
- Represent the bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner
- Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service
- Give attention to detail
- Provide excellent communication skills
- Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor
