Job Summary
Coordinate project assistance for hygiene, quality management, and practice management across dental and medical practices. Prepare and deliver themed PowerPoint presentations, manage administrative tasks, and support the digital transformation rollout in client clinics. Handle event logistics for conferences and symposia, including booth support and post-event reporting. Maintain the company website and newsletter, analyze engagement statistics, and plan social media campaigns across LinkedIn, XING, and Instagram using design tools like Canva. Assist with term scheduling and research on client-specific topics. Start date is July 1, 2026, with flexible working hours and remote work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Kenntnisse aus Arzt- oder Zahnarztpraxen - insbesondere aus dem Bereich Hygiene/Aufbereitung
- sehr gute IT- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Kreativität und die Fähigkeit, professionelle Designs mit Tools wie Canva, Contao, WordPress o.Ä. zu erstellen
- Interesse und Begeisterung für Social Media, Branding und Design
