Job Summary
Plan, conduct, and control nursing measures while ensuring medical orders are executed and documenting care accurately in the EDV system. Perform patient observation and assessment, maintaining empathetic engagement with care recipients and their families. Work independently with a structured approach during shifts, adapting care plans to ensure quality outcomes.
