Job Summary
Conduct basic and treatment care according to medical instructions, assisting patients with hygiene, nutrition, and mobility. Plan and implement individual care measures while maintaining accurate patient documentation. Serve as the primary contact for patients, family members, and colleagues. Contribute to improving patient life quality within a supportive team environment. Requires full-time or part-time availability including early, late, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (Früh-, Spät- und Wochenenddienste)
