Conduct regular wound visits at patient locations using digital tools, document wound progression, and provide therapy recommendations. Serve as the central contact in interdisciplinary wound care processes while guiding nursing staff and managing prescription and supply procurement. Maintain close communication with physicians, care services, and nursing homes to discuss healing trajectories and potential complications. Build and maintain a regional network with medical facilities including practices and care homes. Requires a completed nursing qualification, chronic wound experience, and Class B driver's license. No weekend or holiday work; high fixed salary with company car and tablet provided.
