Job Summary
Lead all construction site activities, including offsite work, with a focus on quality, schedule, and safety standards while managing contractual obligations and securing necessary permits. Coordinate teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery meets performance standards. Manage contract negotiations and maintain strict adherence to VOB, LBO, and HOAI regulations. This role reports to the strategic planning team at PASD Architekten, a mid-sized firm with over 35 years of experience in architecture and heritage preservation. The position offers a hybrid work model, flexible hours between 7 and 9 AM, and a 50% mobility subsidy for the Deutschlandticket.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bauleiter:in im Hochbau
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in VOB, LBO und HOAI
- Durchsetzungsstark, entscheidungsfreudig und strukturiert
- Verhandlungssicher und kommunikationsstark auf allen Ebenen
- Souveräner Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Ausschreibungs-/Projekttools (z. B. AVA, Terminplanung)
