Conduct haircuts, colorations, balayage, and strand treatments while providing tailored client consultations and booking appointments. Perform head massages and other care rituals to ensure a relaxing atmosphere, offering drinks, Wi-Fi access, and magazines. Manage client reception and schedule coordination across three salons in Schwabach, Rednitzhembach, and Schwanstetten. Deliver services for masters, journeymen, assistants, and apprentices, with opportunities to participate in backstage or on-stage shoots for fashion and event scenes.
