Conduct leak detection, moisture measurement, and complete renovations for water or fire damage in buildings. Execute mold remediation, structural drying, and full building or apartment renovations per client specifications. Coordinate trades from project start to finish while documenting damage with photos and communicating directly with owners, property managers, and insurers. Requires completed vocational training in drywall, tiling, painting, or masonry, plus multiple years of experience, a Class B driver's license, and strong German language skills. No weekend work or travel required; all projects located within the Eching, Landshut, and surrounding Niederbayern region.
