Job Summary
Case manage youth participants to prepare them for employment, military, or postsecondary education by administering literacy and numeracy assessments and developing individualized Career Pathway Plans. Facilitate employment and skill development services, including work-based learning experiences, while maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring awareness of all 14 WIOA program elements. Refer qualified customers to job orders and community agencies, provide training vouchers, and maintain monthly contact through quarterly follow-ups for one year post exit. Submit required reports, update customer databases, and contribute to team performance standards and compliance with federal and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Counseling Skills
- Excellent Listening Skills
- Ability and Knowledge of interpreting assessments
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Knowledge of regional Education and Training offerings, including Adult Education Centers
- 2 years related experience
- Associate degree in related field
