Job Summary
Case manage youth customers to prepare them for employment, military, or postsecondary education by administering literacy and numeracy assessments and developing individual Career Pathway Plans. Facilitate employment and skill development services, including referrals to job orders and in-house or external training, while maintaining monthly contact through program exit and quarterly follow-up for one year post-exit. Maintain strict confidentiality, update computer databases with proper documentation, and submit required reports to ensure WorkOne Center performance standards and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Counseling Skills
- Excellent Listening Skills
- Ability and Knowledge of interpreting assessments
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Knowledge of regional Education and Training offerings, including Adult Education Centers
- 2 years related experience
- Associate degree in related field
