Winter Head Cheer Coach

Conduct daily cheerleading practices and lead team development for the winter season. Manage team logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and parent communication. Coordinate with athletic directors and coaches to align cheer routines with school events and competitions. Assist in recruiting new talent and maintaining student-athlete morale throughout the 26-27 academic year.
