Consults with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work, sells additional needed services, and sets and manages expectations for service delivery for both customers and mechanics. Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times, verifies that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order, and performs other duties as assigned.
