Job Summary
Winter coaching positions available for Cheerleading including Head Cheerleader Sponsor and Assistant Cheerleader Sponsors. Responsibilities include crowd leading, performance execution, spirit raising, training and safety, and community representation. Required skills encompass athleticism, teamwork, communication, enthusiasm, and prior performance experience in competitive cheerleading or dance. Key roles in stunting involve flyers, bases, and spotters. Cheerleaders work in high-energy environments and may need to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate
- Must be highly organized
- Must have the ability to work on own initiative
- Flexibility in hours
- Act 34, Act 151 and FBI Clearances (self-paid)
- Act 126 & Act 71 Certified
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening (self-paid)
