Winter CDL Snowplow Driver

Job Summary
Conduct daily snowplow operations in all weather conditions, day and night, while coordinating real-time with other drivers and memorizing multiple routes. Maintain trucks and equipment by greasing, washing, and chaining vehicles, and assist in the plow vehicle shop by delineating road edges, completing cold patching, and performing light heavy equipment tasks. Wake up early as needed, including occasional 2:00 am shifts, and work overtime during the November through April seasonal period. This seasonal role supports the private ski and golf community in Big Sky, Montana, ensuring high-level guest service and operational safety.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Class B CDL w/air brakes
- 1-year commercial driving experience
- Must be able to learn and memorize multiple routes
- Good Communication skills
- Must be able to coordinate with other drivers in real-time
- Must work well with others
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions, day, and night
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must be able to maintain trucks and equipment (grease, wash, chain up)
- Must be able to wake up early as needed (2:00am occasionally)
- Must be able to delineate road edges, complete cold patching, and assist in the plow vehicle shop

Desired Qualifications
- Some heavy equipment experience preferred but not required
