Job Summary
Expedite traffic routing to ensure safe, convenient entrance experiences and direct vehicles to appropriate parking locations. Set up and remove traffic cones and barriers, monitor and adjust signs for changing conditions, and maintain all equipment, vehicles, and tools in good condition. Perform snow removal by shoveling or machine for stairways and common areas, while maintaining housekeeping practices in work areas and locker facilities. Monitor traffic flow to close parking lots as directed, follow safety procedures, and use proper radio procedures with staff. Provide courteous, accurate information to guests regarding weather, ski reports, and resort activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 yrs old
- Must have a reliable source of personal transportation
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Must have the ability to work in adverse weather conditions and perform a variety of duties
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be mature, reliable and courteous
- Positive work ethic
