Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the Aerie food court, bar, and Camp Hale Coffee, ensuring quality standards, sanitation, and safety compliance. Supervise 40+ employees across front-of-house and kitchen roles, overseeing recruiting, hiring, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures. Work the floor during high volume, conduct daily huddles and monthly one-on-ones, and maintain accurate staffing levels based on forecasts. Drive financial performance by controlling labor, food costs, and expenses while managing inventory, cash handling, and budget preparation. Collaborate with the Sr. Manager to develop marketing plans, entertainment schedules, and seasonal menus to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School degree or equivalent
- Must own non-slip shoes.
- Must be able to ski or snowboard Intermediate level terrain
- 4 years' supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry
- 2 of those years at a title of assistant manager or above
- 3 years' general experience in the food and beverage industry
- Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
