Job Summary

Coordinate drink and food service in outlets like Aerie, Downhill Duke's, or Jack's Bar while managing bar flow, suggesting sales, and handling cash reconciliation. Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary work environment by bussing tables, checking restrooms, and performing opening-side prep. Greet every guest immediately, answer inquiries, and follow all safety protocols including the four-foot rule. Clock in in uniform, attend daily meetings, and remain flexible with shift hours to support peak business volumes. Note: Seasonal position at Copper Mountain Resort with a proposed rate of $12.14+, eligible for season passes and resort discounts.

Required Qualifications

Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
Ability to be on one's feet for excessive time periods of up to 6 hours
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must own non-slip shoes
Must be available to our guests and employees at all times
Must always be on time
Must always be polite and respectful of our guests and employees
Must have the ability to take ownership of the position

Is flexible with hours and days of work
