Job Summary
Coordinate drink and food service, manage bar flow, and act as a liaison between guests, staff, and management. Serve guests promptly with suggestive selling, maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area, and handle cash reconciliation. Clock in in uniform, attend daily meetings, and check with the manager for special events before opening. Ensure all stations are stocked and equipment is ready while adhering to SOPs and the four-foot rule. Work any hours of the day or week in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for six hours. This seasonal role at Copper Mountain requires a professional image and flexibility to accept new responsibilities as business volumes fluctuate.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to take ownership of the position
- Must always be polite and respectful of our guests and employees

- Must be available to our guests and employees at all times
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. and occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently
- Ability to be on one's feet for excessive time periods of up to 6hours
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must own non-slip shoes
- Is honest and has the highest integrity
- Is able to handle and manage confidential information
- Professional appearance. Adheres to all grooming guidelines
