Job Summary

Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities and support the finance department in executing fund operations. Assist in portfolio management, accounting, and cash flow tracking while preparing analysis for the investment committee. Review annual and quarterly reports and financial statements of venture capital, LBO, and mezzanine funds. Utilize S&P Capital IQ and Pitchbook databases to perform company and industry analysis, assessing long-term viability and exit options. This role is part of the secondary private equity investment team at Kline Hill Partners, which manages over $7.5 billion in assets across a range of investment vehicles.

Required Qualifications

  • Interest in private equity and investment management
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree at a leading college or university
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
