Winter 2026/27 - Massage Practitioner

Job Summary

Lead a comprehensive 30-minute dynamic warm-up class each morning and provide massage services to guests. Take full ownership of the spa and fitness facilities, including daily cleaning, linen laundering, and table preparation between guests. Manage the guest massage schedule, perform charge entry, and assist with lodge meal service and room cleaning on exchange days. Execute radio duty for field operations support and participate in emergency response training. Work a seasonal schedule of 2 weeks on and 1 week off, with hours varying between 5 and 10 days depending on guest exchange or booked massage days.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of a recognized massage therapy program with appropriate education and practical training
  • Demonstrated competency in relaxation and rejuvenation massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage
  • Current authorization/registration to practice massage therapy in Canada
  • Strong understanding of delivering a personalized, high-touch guest experience
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, professional boundaries, confidentiality and appropriate therapist/client conduct
  • Integrity, discretion, and critical thinking
  • Adaptability and effective problem-solving skills
  • A positive, collaborative working style
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating seasonal workloads and changing priorities

  • Confidence to interact with all levels of the company, including those in remote locations within a hub-and-spoke model
  • Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position up to 30 pounds on an occasional basis
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis
  • Willingness to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business
  • Flexibility and willingness to accept new responsibilities and potentially transfer others
