Job Summary
Greet guests upon entering, guide them through the Midway experience, and provide game assistance by notifying Support Technicians when needed. Manage wait times, answer guest questions, and make recommendations while maintaining a positive attitude and smiling frequently. Perform multiple job functions including stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise; reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory; and ensure all plush and shelves are properly cleaned and maintained. Bring all areas up to standard, position displays to increase traffic, and notify managers of unhappy guests or unusual matters. Work days, nights, and weekends as required in a noisy, fast-paced environment while lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Be friendly and able to smile frequently
