Winner's Circle Staff

Greet guests upon entering, guide them through the Midway experience, and bid farewell while ensuring every interaction is positive and welcoming. Manage wait times, answer guest questions, and provide game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management. Perform multiple job functions including stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise; conduct inventory checks and reconcile tickets and merchandise. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Team Members, discuss problem areas with the Manager, and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and up to standard. Work days, nights, and weekends as required in a noisy, fast-paced environment while lifting up to 30 pounds and standing 100% of your shift.
