Job Summary
The Winner’s Circle position at Dave & Buster's ensures a positive and welcoming experience for Guests. Duties include delivering exceptional Guest service through food, drinks, and games, greeting Guests with enthusiasm, assisting with requests, providing game assistance, and reconciling tickets and merchandise inventory. Team Members must be friendly, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the Winner’s Circle area.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to smile frequently
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand for 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
