Job Summary
Greets guests upon entering with a positive attitude, answers questions, and makes recommendations while managing wait times. Assists guests with all requests, provides game assistance by notifying Support Technicians, and bids farewell to ensure satisfaction. Delivers an unparalleled experience by stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas. Conducts merchandise inventory during and after shifts, reconciles tickets, and maintains proper cost controls by accurately weighing tickets. Brings all areas up to standard by reviewing cleanliness, organizing plush and shelves, and positioning displays to increase traffic. Keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems and suggests corrective actions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
