Job Summary
Deliver a consistent, friendly, and respectful customer experience while leading front-end staff and operating cash registers and POS systems. Assist customers at checkout, process payments, and maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards throughout the store. Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to designated areas, remaining active during shifts that include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 10 lbs. Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily tasks while upholding the Co-op brand and cooperative business model. Work three 8-hour shifts per week, including evenings and weekends, to ensure smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to accurately handle cash and perform basic numerical tasks

- Experience with basic computer operations
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be available to work three 8-hour shifts per week, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Must be able to remain active throughout the shift, including repetitive lifting up to 10 lbs, and standing for extended periods of time
