Greet guests with a positive attitude, take orders in person and over the phone, and prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to standards. Sauce, season, package, and present food properly while operating kitchen equipment and following all food safety procedures. Ensure order accuracy before serving, maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and handle cash and credit card transactions. Restock supplies, assist with opening and closing duties, and work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Food Handler Certification is required where applicable.
