Job Summary
Wingstop Shift Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations as Manager on Duty (MOD), guiding team performance and ensuring adherence to brand standards (QSC). Responsible for hands-on leadership during shifts, deploying staff across kitchen and front-of-house, monitoring order flow and speed of service, managing breaks, and coaching the team to deliver fast, friendly service. Ensures food quality and safety through inspections, inventory oversight, and compliance procedures; maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards; handles cash procedures and shift documentation; and creates a positive, high-energy guest experience while resolving concerns professionally. Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or shift leadership experience preferred
