Job Summary
Wingstop Cook responsible for preparing wings, fries, tenders, sandwiches, and other menu items per Wingstop recipes; follow all food safety standards and maintain a clean, stocked work area; operate fryers and kitchen equipment safely; read and execute orders quickly while maintaining quality; assist with inventory rotation using FIFO; contribute to a positive guest experience through teamwork and professional service; interact with guests as needed and help resolve concerns with leadership support.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
