Job Summary
Wingstop Cook responsible for preparing wings, fries, tenders, sandwiches, and other menu items per Wingstop recipes; follow food safety standards; operate fryers and kitchen equipment; ensure accurate portioning, presentation, and temps; maintain a clean, organized workspace; assist with inventory and FIFO methods; support a positive guest experience through urgent, professional teamwork; interact with guests and assist leadership in resolving guest concerns while delivering consistent Wingstop flavors and guest service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
