Job Summary
Wing Tactics Program Manager to develop and integrate Wing products and services, including advanced tactics analysis, targeting, and SOF ISR into Air Force and Joint warfighting concepts. Responsible for analyzing program effectiveness, advising management, coordinating readiness boards and doctrinal updates, and representing the 363 ISRW/A33 in meetings and travel. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 6+ years experience, and a BS/BA (or equivalent with experience). Location: Joint-Base Langley Eustis, Hampton, VA; duties span cross-program efforts for multiple groups and squadrons; responsibilities include contributing to mission improvement, data architecture reviews, and coordinating inputs for tactical proposals and after-action reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or an associate’s degree with additional 4 years of related experience (total 10 years) as a substitute to the bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 years experience, with a portion of duties performed in the last 2 years
- Current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance single-scope background investigation; TS with SCI eligibility accepted
- English fluency and ability to read/write effectively
- Experience with DoD and AF policy per DODI, CJCSI, AFI and other DoD/USAF laws/regulations
- Experience with DoD/AF systems and databases (e.g., Joint Knowledge Online, Advanced Distributed Learning System)
- Knowledge of tactics related to DOF and targeting
- Familiarity with ACC WEPTAC doctrine
- Ability to use Jira, dashboards, and Confluence
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, analyze, and produce defense intelligence products
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Experience coordinating across multiple units and participating in meetings/telecoms
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with combined experience to substitute
