Job Summary
Establish and grow relationships with active accounts in the Southwest Missouri region while delivering exceptional customer service. Assist guests with questions, educate them on wine and spirits pairings, and suggest food combinations to exceed expectations. Manage sales targets, process cash transactions, and maintain full, visually appealing displays by stocking shelves and coolers. Remain current on industry knowledge to inform sales strategies and promote private tastings. This role supports Mazoo Liquor Stores in Carthage, MO, a retailer with over 20 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry.
